| Trunk will open from inside the car |
Just had someone ask this question about opening their trunk. There is a mechanical latch/lever/switch next to the latch assembly in the trunk of a Nissan Skyline. The problem is if you slam the trunk hard enough you can move this mechanical switch. If it moves down, then the interior pull won’t open the trunk any more.
