The 7th annual Japanese Classic Car Show was held at the Queen Mary in Long Beach, on September 10th, 2011. This was my first time attending the show, even though I live in Long Beach, and have for most of the last 10 years or so. The morning of the 10th was a weird one, as we had lightning, thunder, and even hail. Odd for Southern California, we don’t get much hail. At the show there were a number of vendor booths, and cars parked next to the Queen Mary right on the bay, which provides a nice backdrop for a car show. After the crazy morning, it stayed fairly overcast until the afternoon, and then cleared up to our typical SoCal weather.
